The location was marvellous, staff was amicable. Very comfy beds, a mini-bar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and climate control in the room.

During my recent stay at Suncloud, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service I received. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that my stay was comfortable. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped with everything I needed, including a refrigerator, hairdryer, kettle, and even a stove and laundry machine. I particularly enjoyed the stunning sea view from my room on the 30th floor, which added to the overall ambiance of the hotel. The comfortable beds and good internet connection were also highlights of my stay. I had a fantastic experience at Suncloud and would definitely recommend it to others.

Spent the new year at a hotel that is in a great location, with the beach a few steps away and various restaurants and shops around. The view from the room was fantastic, overlooking the sea. The prime location by the beach and famous street market made for a perfect stay. We enjoyed the variety of restaurants, cafes, and Busan Museum right nearby. The view of the ocean from our room was breathtaking. The service was commendable and the breakfast was agreeable.
